A short orientation guide for people planning their way out → cleanly

<aside> 💡

This is not a quitting guide.

It’s an orientation tool for people who sense they need to leave but want to do it cleanly, quietly, and without blowing up their life.

You don’t need to complete this in one sitting. You don’t need to be decisive yet.

Treat this like a quiet room you come back to when things feel noisy.

Before You Start

This is not a checklist to rush you out of your job. It’s not a permission slip to quit. And it’s not a productivity exercise. If you’re here, something in your current system doesn’t feel stable, aligned, or safe anymore, even if it still “works” on paper.

The goal is not speed.

The goal is clarity without panic.

Answer these questions honestly. No one else needs to see this. You’re not committing to anything yet. You’re just getting oriented.

Exit Readiness Snapshot

Are you actually ready or just fed up?

Most bad exits don’t fail because of money. They fail because someone confused exhaustion with readiness.

Answer each question with Yes / No / Not Sure.

“Not Sure” counts as information.
